Calling all Californian wine lovers!
Suzanne Hoffman, author of the recently penned Labor of Love: Wine Family Women of Piemonte continues its official book launch in the fine city of San Francisco in conjunction with the San Francisco Wine School.
Hoffman’s book celebrates the winemaking families of Piedmont with a focus on the matriarchs of 22 prestigious wine families and their role – often behind-the-scenes – in the success of these families.
The first-of-its-kind book explores a side of Piedmont previously untapped and leaves wine lovers and novices alike with a renewed sense of the region.
Can’t make it to San Francisco? Hoffman will be in Walnut Creek at Prima on Sept. 9th for a special book signing and aperitivo featuring the wines of our favorite region, Roero, alongside some of our prestigious neighbors. Tickets $45 at the door for the tasting; $85 with book included.
